Small-business practice is stronger in Wisconsin than in many states, new information expelled Tuesday by payroll processor Paychex Inc. and investigate organisation IHS Inc. show.
Wisconsin had a third-highest rating among a 20 largest states for Oct on an index that measures practice expansion during businesses with fewer than 50 workers.
