70 taxi, limo drivers explain same residence for word break

— When dozens of cab and limo drivers claimed a same home address, it led to a large word bust.

North Carolina Insurance Commissioner Mike Causey says 70 Charlotte-area cab and limousine drivers secretly listed a same residence in suburban Union County to get a mangle on automobile insurance.
